- How long does it take to enable online ordering?
- Typically 5-7 business days
- Sign Up & Give us your menu(s). We provide data entry to put your menus online.
- You verify your online menus
- Then we put an order online button on your website and you can start receiving your orders the same day.
- What kind of support do you provide?
- Every order is confirmed. If confirmation fails, customer service provides the exception management
- If you have any issues in managing the menu, iMenu360 provides you immediate support.
- Our goal is to create a structure which requires minimum support, but if/when you need it we ensure that you are not lost in a maze of voice mails
- Our monthly subscription fee includes the support for menu management
- We help you create coupons for off line promotions, or establish loyalty programs as a part of setup

- Once a month
- We send you a PDF invoice in the email
- We do NOT send paper invoice, unless you explicitly ask for it.
- Reports allow you to see your billing. Invoices will also be available online
