- So, what is my investment in technology?
- Practically none! All you really need is a fax machine and a phone number. We recommend that you have your fax machine and the phone on separate lines. .
- What are my risks?
- Practically none! There is no downside. You don't like something simply Contact Us and CANCEL!
- How does the system work?
- The customer goes to your website
- She selects the items she wants to order and places the order on the web
- Our system gets the order and faxes it to your fax machine
- As soon as the order is printed on the fax machine, an automatic phone call is generated to the phone number you have provided. (Our computers talk to your fax machine and know when the order is printed!)
- The person at the restaurant confirms the order by entering the 2 digit confirmation code on the fax print out
- The order is confirmed
- If the fax fails (out of paper / too busy to confirm etc.) our customer service is notified and it confirms the order
- Our worst case scenario to detect a failed order is 11 minutes before it is taken over by customer service
- Is FAX the only way of getting orders to the restaurant?
- No. If you have a computer with broad band, you can get a free application from us that will automatically print the order on a printer attached to the computer. This way you can also confirm the orders on the computer.
- Getting orders on the computer is faster. (Typically within 30 SECONDS after the customer clicks on the Place Order button)
- The computer rings just like a phone when the order arrives ... but a complete order comes out in black and white!
- Its free, i.e. the printer application is FREE! You save on fax AND confirmation costs.
- Reliable. No paper jams, No busy signals, No missed calls, No "can you hear me now" ....
- Is FAX or computer the only way of getting orders to the restaurant?
- No. You can also get your orders via email AND confirm them via email. However, email typically does not automatically print the order nor does it notify with a ring or something when an order arrives

- Depending on your POS system, we can offer an elegantly integrated solution. Your orders come directly into your system and the kitchen doesn't even know whether the order was created online or entered at the front desk. POS prints the carry-out and pickup tickets exactly like the tickets that you see when you take an order on the phone and enter it in the POS.
- You not only get the order right into your system, you can also modify it if the customer wants to change something.
- What if I want to get an older order?
- All your orders are available in your email accounts. We create a free gmail account for you at setup and all your orders go to that gmail account
